Shipping Policy

At Let Loose Printing, we are committed to delivering your custom products in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle your orders.

Order Processing Time

 

  • Orders are initially processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), during which we communicate with you to confirm design details and make sure your idea is well-understood and ready for production. We believe in creating exactly what you’re envisioning, so we may have some light back-and-forth to ensure everything looks right before we begin. 

  • Once the design is finalized, please allow 7-14 business days for production, depending on the complexity of the order.

    • Additional time may be required based on:

      • The type of design or customization requested

      • The tools or techniques used (such as silk screen, DTF printing, laser engraving, etc.)

      • The materials or products being used

      • Bulk or large-volume orders​

    • If any unexpected delays arise, we’ll notify you promptly and keep you updated on your order’s progress.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

  • We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States based on order size and weight.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at final checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment:

     

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

Local Pickup

 

  • We offer free local pickup in Los Angeles County. 

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions and location details.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping, but stay tuned as we expand!

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Let Loose Printing is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. However, we’re happy to help you file a claim or provide support where possible.
