1. Use of Our Website

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

 

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Custom Orders & Proofing

​

We specialize in custom-printed items. Before production begins:

 

• You’ll receive a digital proof or confirmation of your design.

• We may communicate with you to finalize colors, materials, or layout.

• Once you approve the final design, production begins, and changes may no longer be possible.

3. Payment Terms

​

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement, after digital proofing/confirmation of design unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure methods via our checkout system.

4. Production & Shipping

​

Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

 

• Standard production time is 7–14 business days after final design approval.

• Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

5. Returns & Refunds

​

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However:

 

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to replace the item.

• Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting designs, logos, or artwork, you affirm that:

 

• You own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.

• We are not liable for copyright or trademark infringement from customer-submitted content.

 

7. Order Cancellation

 

• Orders may be canceled before production starts. Once production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a fee.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content, or for any reason at our discretion.
