Refund Policy

At Let Loose Printing, we take pride in crafting custom products made just for you. Because each item is personalized and made to order, we operate under a no refund or return policy with limited exceptions, as outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products (including screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and laser engraving) all sales are considered final once production begins. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after this point.
Exceptions – Incorrect or Damaged Items
We will issue a replacement or partial refund only in the following cases:

The product you received is significantly different from your approved design proof

The item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing error

You received the wrong item
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Provide a clear description and photo(s) of the issue

Items must be unused and in original condition

While we’re happy to replace the item, shipping costs for the replacement will need to be covered by you
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or credit depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Minor variations in color, placement, or size (as expected with handmade/custom work)

Delays caused by shipping carriers once the item has left our workspace
Refund Process
If your return or refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Please note that your original payment provider may have their own processing times, which are beyond our control.
